BUILDING INUNDATION PREVENTION DEVICE AND INUNDATION PREVENTION SYSTEM
To provide an inundation preventing device for a building capable of always securing ventilation by opening a ventilation port in normal time, and preventing water from entering from the ventilation port by automatically closing the ventilation port in heavy rain, flood or the like, and an inundation preventing system including the same device.SOLUTION: A building inundation preventing device installed in a ventilation port 4 provided in a rising part 3 of a foundation 2 of a building 1 comprises a main body part 10 installed in the ventilation port 4 while leaving an upper ventilation port 17, and a plate-like floating body 20 housed in the main body part 10 so as to be protruded upward from an upper surface opening part 15; the main body part 10 is provided with a lower communication port 19 communicating with the inside of the main body part in the lower part of the front part facing the outside of the building 1; when water enters the inside of the main body part from the outside of the building through the lower communication port 19, the floating body 20 floats as the water level inside the main body part rises and comes into close contact with the upper surface of the ventilation port 4 to close the upper ventilation port 17. A check valve 40 is provided at the outlet of a discharge pipe 8 extending from the building 1 to a sewer 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平常時は換気口を開口して換気を常時確保し、大雨や洪水時等は換気口を自動的に閉塞し、換気口からの水の侵入を防止できる建物の浸水防止装置と、同装置を含む浸水防止システムを提供する。【解決手段】建物1の基礎2の立ち上がり部3に設けられた換気口4に設置される浸水防止装置であって、換気口4に上部通気口17を残して設置される本体部10と、本体部10の内部に上面開口部15から上方に突出可能に収容される板状の浮体20を備えるとともに、本体部10は、建物1の外部に面する前部の下部に、本体部の内部と連通する下部連通口19が設けられ、建物の外部から下部連通口19を経由して本体部の内部に水が浸入したとき、本体部の内部の水位の上昇とともに浮体20が浮上して、換気口4の上面に密着し、上部通気口17を閉塞する。建物1から下水道9に向かう排出管8の出口に逆流防止弁40を設ける。【選択図】図1
