To provide a stop structure of a door closer having excellent switching operability and higher safety regarding an impact or an arbitrary operation by a user etc.SOLUTION: A switching means comprises: a pair of fitting holes formed in a diameter direction of a cylindrical body; a columnar switching shaft attached to the fitting hole; and an abutting part that abuts the switching shaft. One of the pair of fitting holes includes a female screw part, the switching shaft includes a male screw part that is screwed into the female screw part, and a reduced diameter part and an enlarged diameter part are continuously provided in an axial direction. The abutting part includes an abutting end part that can abut against the enlarged diameter part but does not abut against the reduced diameter part, and an abutting base part that can abut against the enlarged diameter part or the reduced diameter part. The switching shaft is moved in the axial direction by one or more rotation of screw-turning operation of the male screw part with respect to the female screw part to change a position of the enlarged diameter part and the reduced part with respect to the abutting part. Thus a stop mechanism is invalidated by switching from a state in which the abutting end part abuts against the enlarged diameter part to a state in which the abutting base part abuts against the enlarged diameter part or the reduced diameter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
