To make it possible to easily grasp various conditions about a field, particularly an intruder that has intruded into the field.SOLUTION: A field water management system has: an actuator for opening and closing a mechanism that, by opening and closing, either supplies water to a field or discharges waste water from the field; a housing for housing the actuator; and an observation camera capable of capturing images of the field.
