To easily grasp various situations regarding a field.SOLUTION: Provided is a field water management system comprising: an actuator for performing an opening/closing operation of a mechanism that performs an opening/closing operation for either water supply to a field or drainage discharged from the field; a container for housing the actuator; a plurality of observation cameras capable of capturing images of the field, and having different imaging frequency bands; a mounting unit for removably attaching the plurality of observation cameras; and a camera switching unit for selecting a predetermined observation camera to be activated from among the plurality of observation cameras. The camera switching unit is configured to be able to input a vegetation index as crop growth and also configured to be able to select in advance the observation camera to be used depending on the growth of crops in the field. The camera switching unit selects a preselected observation camera as the predetermined observation camera when a vegetation index becomes equal to or greater than an input vegetation index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
