PRESSURIZED SMOKE PREVENTION/EXHAUST SYSTEM AND BUILDING WITH THE SAME
To provide a technology capable of exhausting air in an internal hallway to an atmospheric air side in conjunction with the pressurized air supply in fire breakout while avoiding a decrease in floor space effective rate, in a building having a void space vertically penetrating through each floor in a central part and having a living room arranged across the internal hallway around the void space in each floor and in a pressurized smoke prevention/exhaust system installed therein.SOLUTION: A pressurized smoke prevention/exhaust system includes: pressurized air supply means X for performing pressurized air supply to an evacuation space 20 leading to an internal hallway 10 on the occurrence of fire; and air relief means Y for opening an air relief port 12A connecting the internal hallway 10 and the atmospheric air side in conjunction with execution of the pressurized air supply, and exhausting the air in the internal hallway 10 to the atmospheric air side. A void space 50 is a space where at least a top end is opened to an atmospheric air, and a void side air relief port 12A connecting the void space 50 with the internal hallway 10 is provided as the air relief port 12A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各階を上下に貫通するボイド空間を中央部に有すると共に各階において当該ボイド空間の周囲に内部廊下を挟んで居室が配置された建物及びそれに設置される加圧防排煙システムにおいて、床面積有効率の低下を回避しながら火災発生時の加圧給気に連動して内部廊下の空気を大気側へ逃すことができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】火災発生時に、内部廊下10に通じる避難空間20に対して加圧給気を行う加圧給気手段Xと、加圧給気の実行に連動して内部廊下10と大気側とを接続する空気逃し口12Aを開放して内部廊下10の空気を大気側へ逃す空気逃し手段Yと、を備えた加圧防排煙システムであって、ボイド空間50が、少なくとも上端部が大気開放された空間であり、空気逃し口12Aとして、内部廊下10とボイド空間50とを接続するボイド側空気逃し口12Aが設けられている。【選択図】図1
