To provide a continuous ridge-type building capable of securing the privacy of a semi-outdoor space user.SOLUTION: A continuous ridge-type building 10 includes: a first building 21 that comprises a first semi-outdoor space 41; and a second building 22 that adjoins the first building 21 and comprises a second semi-outdoor space 42. In a plan view, the first and second semi-outdoor spaces 41 and 42 are arranged to be displaced in a direction crossing a direction in which the first and second buildings 21 and 22 are arranged. Party walls 31AX and 32AY of the first and second buildings 21 and 22 are positioned between the first and second semi-outdoor spaces 41 and 42 in the direction in which the first and second buildings 21 and 22 are arranged, so that one of the first and second semi-outdoor spaces 41 and 42 cannot be visually recognized from the other of them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
