CONTINUOUS RIDGE TYPE BUILDING
To provide a continuous ridge type building capable of reducing a restriction on a planning of a building in a building height direction.SOLUTION: A boundary wall part 14 is arranged between adjacent dwelling units 12 in a continuous ridge type building 10. In addition, a part of an outer wall 22 of the dwelling unit 12 is constructed of an outside wall part 24. Further the dwelling unit 12 comprises a floor part 20 inside, and the floor part 20 is arranged so as to divide the inside of the dwelling unit 12 in a building height direction and arranged at a ceiling side of a living room 56 at a lower floor 18 in the dwelling unit 12. This floor part 20 is supported to the outside wall part 24 from a lower side in a building height direction in the state of being abutted onto the boundary wall part 14 along the boundary wall part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物高さ方向において建物のプランニング上の制約を低減させることができる連棟式建物を得る。【解決手段】連棟式建物１０において、隣り合う住戸１２間に境界壁部１４が配置されている。また、住戸１２の外壁２２は、その一部が外側壁部２４で構成されている。そして、住戸１２は、その内側に床部２０を備えており、床部２０は、住戸１２内を建物高さ方向において仕切るように配置されると共に、住戸１２における下階１８の居室５６の天井側に配置されている。この床部２０は、境界壁部１４に沿って境界壁部１４に当接された状態で、外側壁部２４に建物高さ方向下側から支持されている。【選択図】図１
