To provide a semi-underground tank structure and a method of building the semi-underground tank that make it possible to ensure stability without being limited to local conditions.SOLUTION: There is provided a LNG tank structure including a bottom slab 2 and a side wall 3 erected on the bottom slab 2. The bottom slab 2 has a planar shape that projects outward from the outer surface of the side wall 3, and is located below the ground surface GL. Therefore, an embankment 6 is placed on the edge of the bottom slab 2, the lower part of the side wall 3 is buried in the ground, and the other parts of the side wall 3 project above the ground surface GL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現地状況に限定されることなく、安定性を確保することを可能とした半地下タンク構造および半地下タンクの構築方法を提案する。【解決手段】底版２と、底版２に立設された側壁３とを備えるＬＮＧタンク構造である。底版２は、側壁３の外面よりも外側に張り出す平面形状を有しているとともに、地盤面ＧＬよりも下側に位置している。そのため、底版２の縁部には、盛土６が上載されていて、側壁３の下部は地中に埋まっていて、側壁３のその他の部分は地盤面ＧＬよりも上方に突出している。【選択図】図１
