To provide a connection structure of a container, that can surely connect containers while exhibiting high rigidity of a column, and to provide a container and a connection method of the container.SOLUTION: A connection structure 1 of a container according to the present invention comprises corner parts 10 provided at lower end parts of columns A1, bearing pressure plates 20, engagement spacers 30, bases B, anchor bolts 41, and nuts 50, in foundation connection of the containers. The connection structure 1 of the container according to the present invention comprises the corner parts 10 provided at the lower end parts and upper end parts of the columns A1, the bearing pressure plates 20, the engagement spacers 30, bearing pressure bolts 42, and the nuts 50 in vertical connection of the containers. Containers A according to the present invention are connected with the bases B by the connection structure 1, or are mutually connected by being vertically stacked. A connection method of the container according to the present invention comprises an arranging step, a communicating step, and a screwing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
