PURPOSE: To provide an on-roof carry system which can simply and efficiently convey a folded-plate roof board in a site and can greatly improve construction efficiency, in a repaired roof of a folded plate type existing roof.CONSTITUTION: An on-roof carry system includes, base parts 1, three or more cylindrical rolls 2, travel bodies A1 having travel regulation members 3 having regulation rolls 32 which are provided on both sides in a width direction of the base parts 1 and below the cylindrical rolls 2, and are rotated on a horizontal surface, a connection member 4 for connecting the two travel bodies A1, and rail members 5 having such a cross-sectional rectangular shape rail as to guide and travel the travel bodies A1 and have rail side face parts 52 on both sides in a width direction. The travel bodies A1 are arranged side by side at a predetermined interval, the connection member 4 is arranged and stuck onto the base part 1 of both of the travel bodies A1 to constitute a travel unit A, the rail members 5 are arranged in a two-parallel-row state, and the travel bodies A1 are configured so that the cylindrical rolls 2 are mounted on the rail members 5, and the regulation rolls 32 of both of the travel regulation members 3 sandwich both of the rail side face parts 52 in the width direction of the rail members 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】折板タイプの既設屋根の改修屋根において、折板屋根板等を現場で簡単かつ効率的に搬送することができ、施工効率を格段と向上できる屋根上キャリーシステムとする。【構成】ベース部1と、3個以上の筒状ロール2と、ベース部1の幅方向両側で且つ筒状ロール2の下方に設けられると共に水平面上を回動する規制ロール32を有する走行規制部材3とを備えた走行体A1と、2つの走行体A1同士を接続する接続部材4と、走行体A1が案内走行される断面方形状で幅方向両側にレール側面部52を有するレール部材5とを備える。走行体A1が所定間隔をおいて並列され、両走行体A1の前記ベース部1上に接続部材4が配置固着されて走行ユニットAとし、レール部材5が平行2列状態に配置され、走行体A1は、筒状ロール2がレール部材5上に載置されると共に両走行規制部材3の規制ロール32はレール部材5の幅方向両レール側面部52を挟持する構成とすること。【選択図】 図1
