To provide a multiple dwelling house which contributes to promotion of communication and health promotion of residents.SOLUTION: There is provided a multiple dwelling house in which a shared part 2 and one shared kitchen 3 making access to each of a plurality of dwelling units 1 are adjacent to the plurality of dwelling units 1. In the multiple dwelling house, the shared kitchen 3 has internal visibility from the shared part 2. 【課題】コミュニケーションの促進と居住者の健康増進とに資する集合住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る集合住宅は、複数の住戸１に対し、共用部２及び前記複数の住戸１の各々に出入り可能な一つのシェアキッチン３を隣接させる。また、本発明に係る集合住宅は、シェアキッチン３に共用部２からの内部視認性を持たせる。さらに、本発明に係る集合住宅は、共用部２を挟む又は囲むように複数のシェアキッチン３を配する。【選択図】図２
