BUILDING FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
To provide a building foundation structure that enables a building to be easily constructed and designed when supporting the building using a pile draft foundation.SOLUTION: A building foundation structure 1 supports a building by a plurality of piles 10 and a foundation upper portion 20A. The foundation upper portion 20A is disposed to be vertically spaced away from respective pile heads 1002 of the plurality of piles 10. An upper layer ground G1 that is a ground on which a pile draft foundation can be applied is provided between the respective pile heads 1002 of the plurality of piles 10 and the foundation upper portion 20A. The upper layer ground G1 is a ground improved so that the pile draft foundation can be applied. A skid 12 to decrease friction coefficient with respect to the upper layer ground G1 is fitted to a top surface of the pile head 1002.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】パイルドラフト基礎を用いて建物を支持する場合に、建物の施工および設計を容易にする建物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数の杭１０と基礎上部２０Ａとにより建物を支持する建物の基礎構造１であって、基礎上部２０Ａは、複数の杭１０それぞれの杭頭部１００２と上下方向に離間して設けられ、複数の杭１０それぞれの杭頭部１００２と基礎上部２０Ａとの間に、パイルドラフト基礎が適用可能な地盤である上層地盤Ｇ１が設けられている。また、上層地盤Ｇ１は、パイルドラフト基礎が適用可能に改良した地盤であり、杭頭部１００２の上面に、上層地盤Ｇ１に対する摩擦係数を小さくする滑り材１２が取着されている。【選択図】図２
