BUILDING FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
To provide a building foundation structure that enables a building to be easily constructed and designed and prevents excessive sliding of a foundation upper portion when supporting the building using a pile draft foundation.SOLUTION: A building foundation structure 1 supports a building by a plurality of piles 10 and a foundation upper portion 20A. A plurality of concaves that open downward are provided on an undersurface of the foundation upper portion 20A. Respective pile heads 12 of the plurality of piles 10 are inserted into the plurality of concaves respectively. A gap for allowing the foundation upper portion 20A and the plurality of piles 10 to relatively move in horizontal direction is provided between an outer peripheral surface of the pile head 12 and an inner peripheral surface of the concave. An upper layer ground G1 that is a ground on which a pile draft foundation can be applied is provided directly under the foundation upper portion 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】パイルドラフト基礎を用いて建物を支持する場合に、建物の施工および設計を容易にするとともに基礎上部の過大な滑りを抑制する建物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数の杭１０と基礎上部２０Ａとにより建物を支持する建物の基礎構造１であって、基礎上部２０Ａの下面に下方が開放された複数の凹部が設けられ、複数の杭１０それぞれの杭頭部１２は、複数の凹部にそれぞれ挿入され、杭頭部１２の外周面と凹部の内周面との間に、基礎上部２０Ａと複数の杭１０との相対的な水平方向の移動を許容する間隙が設けられ、基礎上部２０Ａの直下に、パイルドラフト基礎が適用可能な地盤である上層地盤Ｇ１が設けられている。【選択図】図２
