GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE HAVING SELF-DRILLING TYPE MONITOR DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide a ground improvement device having a self-drilling type monitor device and a ground improvement method which can block a drilling water discharge port with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A flow channel of drilling water is connected from a first flow channel 11 that is a common flow channel of drilling water and compressed air through a third flow channel 13 to a drilling water discharge port 32, and the flow channel of the compressed air is connected from the first flow channel 11 through a fourth flow channel 14 to a compressed air injection nozzle 34. The drilling water discharge port 32 is composed of a porous surface in which a plurality of holes 32a is opened, and each of the holes 32a can be blocked by charging at least the same number of steel balls 4 as the number of the holes 32a from the upper part of a rod 1 into the first flow channel 11. On the other hand, a wire 5 is welded to an inlet 14a of the fourth flow channel 14 so as to block a part of the opening, which permits passage of the compressed air but regulates intrusion of the steel balls 4 into the fourth flow channel 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡素な構成により削孔水吐出口を閉塞することができる自削孔型モニター装置を備えた地盤改良装置及び地盤改良方法を提供する。【解決手段】削孔水の流路は、削孔水と圧縮空気の共通の流路となる第1流路11から第3流路13を介して削孔水吐出口32に接続され、圧縮空気の流路は、第1流路11から第4流路14を介して圧縮空気噴射ノズル34に接続されている。削孔水吐出口32は、複数の円孔32aが開孔された多孔面で構成されており、各円孔32aはロッド1の上部から円孔32aの数と少なくとも同数のスチールボール4を第1流路11内に投入することにより閉塞できるようになっている。他方、第4流路14の入口14aには、その開口の一部を塞ぐように針金5が溶接されており、それによって圧縮空気は通過させるがスチールボール4の第4流路14への侵入は規制されるようになっている。【選択図】図2
