To fasten a base end of a covering material covering a connecting space so that there is no gap in a residential unit, and improve a fastening strength for the residential unit.SOLUTION: The present invention is a structure in which a connecting space 50 connecting one residential unit 1A and the other residential unit 1B having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped frame shape constituting a rigid frame structure is covered with a covering material 62. The covering material 62 is provided so as to extend from the one residential unit 1A to the other residential unit 1B, and covers at least the upper portion and both side portions of the connecting space 50. The covering material 62 is fastened to the one and the other residential unit 1A, 1B by a fastening frame 70 that is continuously provided along the side end of the one and the other residential unit 1A, 1B in the covering material 62 and holds the end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28

【課題】連結スペースを被覆する被覆材の基端部を、居住用ユニットに対して隙間が生じないように留め付けるとともに、居住用ユニットに対する留付強度を向上させることである。【解決手段】ラーメン構造を構成する略直方体フレーム状の一方の居住用ユニット１Ａと他方の居住用ユニット１Ｂとを連結する連結スペース５０を被覆材６２によって被覆する構造であって、被覆材６２は、一方の居住用ユニット１Ａから他方の居住用ユニット１Ｂに跨って設けられるとともに、連結スペース５０のうち少なくとも上部と両側部を被覆しており、被覆材６２は、当該被覆材６２における一方及び他方の居住用ユニット１Ａ，１Ｂ側端部に沿って連続して設けられるとともに当該端部を保持する留付フレーム７０によって、一方及び他方の居住用ユニット１Ａ，１Ｂに留め付けられている。【選択図】図２８
