To properly manage a usable time of each of repair and reinforcement materials in accordance with a use state of each of repair and reinforcement materials.SOLUTION: A time management device for managing the time of repair materials used in a repair and reinforcement construction of a structure comprises: a usable time management unit which manages a time in which each of repair materials can be used since each of repair materials is manufactured; an after-opening usable time management unit which manages a time in which each of repair materials can be used since a package of each of repair materials is opened; a serviceable time management unit which manages a time in which a construction can be performed by using the repair materials in a usable state; a construction time acquisition unit which acquires a construction start time and a construction end time of a repair and reinforcement construction by using the repair materials in the usable state; a use possibility determination unit which determines a possibility of use of the repair materials in the usable state on the basis of the construction time; and a determination result notification unit which notifies a portable terminal of a determination result by the use possibility determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】各々の補修・補強材料の使用状況に合わせて、各々の補修・補強材料の使用可能時間を適切に管理する。【解決手段】構造物の補修・補強工事に用いる補修材料の時間を管理するための時間管理装置であって、各々の補修材料が製造されてから各々の補修材料を使用することが可能な時間を管理する使用可能時間管理部と、各々の補修材料のパッケージが開封されてから各々の補修材料を使用することが可能な時間を管理する開封後使用可能時間管理部と、使用することが可能な状態となった補修材料を用いて施工することが可能な時間を管理する可使時間管理部と、使用可能な状態となった補修材料を用いた補修・補強工事の施工開始時刻および施工終了時刻を取得する施工時刻取得部と、施工時刻に基づいて、使用可能な状態となった補修材料の使用の可否を判定する使用可否判定部と、使用可否判定部による判定結果を携帯端末に報知する判定結果報知部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
