To provide a time management device, time management method and time management program which properly manage materials even in a non-communication environment in which wireless communication cannot be established.SOLUTION: In a time management device, a method determines whether the time management device is in a communication environment, manages a usable time after the manufacture, after-opening usable time after the opening of a plurality of materials and a serviceable time in which a construction can be performed by using the usable materials when the time management device is in the communication environment, records a start time and an end time of the construction using materials in the usable state when the time management device moves from the communication environment to a non-communication environment, determines a possibility of use of the materials on the basis of the construction time, usable time, after-opening usable time and serviceable time, and outputs a determination result. Further the method transmits to an information processing device the construction start time and the construction end time recorded in the non-communication environment when the time management device returns from the non-communication environment to the communication environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】無線通信が確立できない非通信環境であっても、資材の管理を適切に行う時間管理装置、時間管理方法及び時間管理プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】時間管理装置において、方法は、通信環境にあるか否かを判定し、通信環境にある場合、複数の材料の、製造された以降の使用可能時間、開封された以降の開封後使用可能時間及び使用可能な材料を用いて工事を行うことが可能な可使時間を管理し、時間管理装置が通信環境から非通信環境へと移動した場合、使用可能な状態となった材料を用いた工事の開始時刻および終了時刻を記録し、施工時刻と使用可能時間、開封後使用可能時間または可使時間に基づいて、材料の使用の可否を判定し、判定結果を出力する。さらに、非通信環境から通信環境へと復帰した場合、非通信環境において記録された施工開始時刻および施工終了時刻を情報処理装置へ送信する。【選択図】図４
