WET TYPE SPRAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a wet type spray construction method that reduces dust and can improve pump pumpability and productivity, even under construction at low temperature.SOLUTION: A wet type spray construction method characterized in that by mixing the cement, water, aggregates and solid polyethylene oxide (according to the following conditions (2)) to manufacture a hydraulic composition, and the hydraulic composition is mixed with a solid type accelerator to produce a spray-use hydraulic composition, followed by spraying the spray-use hydraulic composition to a target.(2-1) The polyethylene oxide has the viscosity of 2 mass% aqueous solution at 25°C of 15 mPa s or larger and 4000 mPa s or smaller, or the viscosity of a 0.5 mass% aqueous solution at 25°C of 20 mPa s or larger and 400 mPa s or smaller. (2-2a) In the case where the viscosity of 2 mass% aqueous solution of the polyethylene oxide at 25°C is 15 mPa s or larger and smaller than 40 mPa s, the polyethylene oxide is mixed to water in the range of 0.15 mass% or larger and 3.0 mass% or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】低温での施工でも、粉塵が低減され、且つポンプ圧送性や生産性を向上できる湿式吹付工法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、水、骨材及び固体状のポリエチレンオキサイドを混合して(下記混合条件(2)による)水硬性組成物を製造し、前記水硬性組成物に、固体状の急結剤を混合して、吹付用水硬性組成物を製造し、前記吹付用水硬性組成物を対象物に吹き付ける、湿式吹付工法。<ポリエチレンオキサイドの混合条件(2)>(2−1)ポリエチレンオキサイドは、2質量%水溶液の粘度が25℃で15mPa・s以上4000mPa・s以下、又は0.5質量%水溶液の粘度が25℃で20mPa・s以上400mPa・s以下である。(2−2a)ポリエチレンオキサイドの2質量%水溶液の粘度が25℃で15mPa・s以上40mPa・s未満の場合は、ポリエチレンオキサイドを水に対して0.15質量%以上3.0質量%以下、混合する。【選択図】なし
