To provide a pile driver provided with a leader support structure capable of realizing safe and smooth transportation when moving at a site.SOLUTION: A leader placed on a front part of a base machine comprises a plurality of flange connection parts detachably connecting a plurality of leader members to each other and fastening to each other connection flanges 28a of upper second leader members 27 vertically adjacent to each other. A leader ladder 21 is provided with: a plurality of ladder members 21a vertically and successively arranged on a side surface of the leader in a state where the plurality of leader members are connected; and a pair of flange projecting end parts 36 arranged in both of vertical and lateral direction and projected by predetermined projecting lengths at flange end parts 28b of the connected flange on a rear surface side of the leader member, wherein a flange gap C1 is arranged between a reference flat surface S in contact with each of the flange projecting end parts 36 and the flange end parts 28b, and a ladder gap C2 is arranged between the ladder members 21a and the reference flat surface S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】現場移動の際に安全で円滑な輸送を実現するリーダ支持構造を備えた杭打機を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシンの前部に設けられたリーダは、複数のリーダ部材を互いに着脱可能に連結し、上下に隣接する上部第2リーダ部材27bの連結フランジ28a同士をボルト締結させる複数のフランジ結合部を有し、リーダ昇降梯子21は、複数のリーダ部材を連結した状態で、複数の梯子部材21aがリーダの側面に上下に連ねて設けられ、リーダ部材の後面側には、連結フランジのフランジ後端28bをあらかじめ設定した突出寸法で部分的に突出させた上下左右一対のフランジ突出端36が設けられるとともに、各フランジ突出端36が接する基準平面Sとフランジ後端28bとの間に前記突出寸法分のフランジ隙間C1が設けられ、梯子部材21aと基準平面Sとの間には、ラダー隙間C2が設けられている。【選択図】図2
