IRREGULAR SHAPE REINFORCEMENT JOINT METAL FITTING AND IRREGULAR SHAPE REINFORCEMENT CONNECTION METHOD
To surely and strongly join irregular shape reinforcements together even when the opposing irregular shape reinforcements are misaligned from each other in center axes with a small number of components.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 2 comprises: a one-side cylindrical locking member 21 having an inner screw 21a formed to be engaged with a screw 1a of a one-side reinforcement 1A on an inner peripheral surface and an outer screw 21b formed on an outer peripheral surface; the other-side cylindrical locking member 22 having an inner screw 22a formed to be engaged with a screw 1b of the other-side reinforcement 1B on an inner peripheral surface and an outer screw 22b formed on an outer peripheral surface; and a cylindrical connection member 23 having a connection screw 23a formed to be engaged with the outer screws 21b, 22b of the locking members 21, 22 on an inner peripheral surface. When seen from the extending direction of the reinforcements 1A, 1B, one or both of the positions of the inner screws 21a, 22a of the locking members 21, 22 are shifted from the center position of the connection member 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少ない部品数で、対向する異形鉄筋の中心軸がずれている場合でも、異形鉄筋同士を、確実に、かつ、強固に接合する。【解決手段】継手金具2を、内周面に一方側鉄筋1Aのネジ部1aと螺合される内ネジ部21aが形成され、外周面に外ネジ部21bが形成された円筒状の一方側係止部材21と、内周面に他方側鉄筋1Bのネジ部1bと螺合される内ネジ部22aが形成され、外周面に外ネジ部22bが形成された円筒状の他方側係止部材22と、内周面に一方側及び他方側係止部材21,22の外ネジ部21b,22bと螺合する連結用ネジ部23aが形成された円筒状の接続部材23とを備え、一方側鉄筋1A及び他方側鉄筋1Bの延長方向から見たときの、一方側係止部材21の内ネジ部21aの位置、及び、他方側係止部材22の内ネジ部22aの位置のいずれか一方または両方が、接続部材23の中心位置からずれている構成とした。【選択図】図1
