FERMENTATION DRYING METHOD, CEMENT PRODUCTION METHOD AND METHOD FOR USING FERMENTED DRIED MATTER
To provide a fermentation drying method enabling fermentation drying of a fermentation raw material to be performed using an index suitable for each operation management, and to provide a cement production method.SOLUTION: A fermentation drying method comprises: a first calculation step of calculating a first fermentation index of at least one of fermentation heat amount, inside air temperature and generation speed of carbon dioxide using a hermetic type fermentation drying device comprising a rotary shaft 3 and a plurality of agitation blades 4 provided in a container 2, an air blower 6 and air exhaustion means 9; a first adjustment step of adjusting the outside air amount introduced in the container 2 based on the first fermentation index; a second calculation step of calculating a weight reduction speed being a weight reduction per unit time as a second fermentation index based on the weight of the fermentation raw material calculated by a weight sensor 13; and a second adjustment step of adjusting at least one of the charge amount of the fermentation raw material, composition thereof and the discharge amount of a fermented dried material based on the weight reduction speed calculated in the second calculation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各運転管理に適した指標を用いることで、発酵原料の発酵乾燥をより安定的に実施できる発酵乾燥方法、およびセメントの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】発酵乾燥方法は、容器２内に設けられた回転軸３および複数の撹拌翼４と、送気ブロワ６と、排気手段９とを備えてなる密閉型の発酵乾燥装置を用い、発酵熱量、内気の温度、および、二酸化炭素の発生速度の少なくとも１つの第１発酵指標を算出する第１算出工程と、第１発酵指標に基づいて、容器２内に導入される外気の量を調整する第１調整工程と、重量センサ１３によって算出された発酵原料の重量に基づき、単位時間あたりの減少重量である減少重量速度を第２発酵指標として算出する第２算出工程と、第２算出工程で算出された減少重量速度に基づいて、発酵原料の投入量、発酵原料の組成、および、発酵乾燥物の排出量の少なくとも１つを調整する第２調整工程とを有する。【選択図】図１
