To enhance a convenience of a user regarding an entry and an exit of a vehicle into and from a parking area.SOLUTION: The information processor disclosed by the application comprises a controller for obtaining an operation information of a network home appliance which is the home appliance provided at a residence, can access to a predetermined network and can be controlled via the network, estimating an entry and an exit of a vehicle utilized by a user of the residence into and from a parking area related to the residence based on the operation information of the network home appliance at the residence and giving an entry and exit command to allow the vehicle enter and exit from a management device managing the entry and the exit of the vehicle when the entry and the exit of the vehicle into and from the parking area is estimated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
