To provide a waste checking device capable of easily checking inflow of waste from a waste layer to a bottom of a pipe.SOLUTION: A waste checking device 1 includes: an underwater video camera 3 acquiring an image of a bottom of a casing 30; and a transparent bag 4 arranged so as to cover the underwater video camera 3 and capable of supplying and discharging transparent water to an inside thereof. In this way, clear view field is secured around the bottom of the casing 30 (a drilling hole 31). Thereby, existence of the waste on the bottom of the casing 30, that is, inflow of waste from a waste layer to the bottom of the casing 30, can be easily checked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】管の底部への、廃棄物層からの廃棄物の流入を容易に確認することができる、廃棄物の確認装置を提供する。【解決手段】廃棄物の確認装置１は、ケーシング３０の底部を撮影するための水中ビデオカメラ３と、該水中ビデオカメラ３を覆うように設けられ、その内部に透明な水を給排可能な透明袋４と、を備えている。その結果、ケーシング３０（掘削孔３１）の底部周辺において鮮明な視野を確保することができる。これにより、ケーシング３０の底部における廃棄物の有無、すなわち、ケーシング３０の底部への、廃棄物層からの廃棄物の流入を容易に確認することができる。【選択図】図２
