To provide a horizontal drilling-type chemical injection method/system, a chemical injection pipe/suction pipe usable in the same, and a program which reduce a ground pressure and suppresses ground variation when carrying out a horizontal drilling-type chemical injection just under an existing structure.SOLUTION: A horizontal drilling-type chemical injection method solidifies a ground by horizontally drilling the ground and injecting a chemical into the ground, in which while injecting a chemical through an injection pipe 62 installed in a hole 52 formed so as to horizontally extend in the ground, water is sucked in another hole 51 formed so as to horizontally extend in the ground, to suppress variation in a surface of the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】既設構造物の直下において水平削孔式薬液注入を行う際に地盤の圧力を低下させ、地盤の変動を抑制する水平削孔式薬液注入工法・システム、これらに使用可能な薬液注入管・吸水管およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】この水平削孔式薬液注入工法は、地盤を水平削孔して薬液を地盤内に注入することで地盤を固化する工法であって、地盤内に水平方向に延びるように形成した孔５２内に設置した注入管６２による薬液の注入中に、地盤内に水平方向に延びるように形成した別の孔５１内において吸水を行うことで地盤の表面における変動を抑制する。【選択図】図６
