METHOD FOR REPAIRING STEEL MATERIAL, METHOD FOR REPAIRING HARBOR STEEL STRUCTURE, REPAIRED STEEL MATERIAL, AND APPLICATION PROPRIETY DETERMINATION METHOD OF METHOD FOR REPAIRING STEEL MATERIAL
To provide a method for repairing a steel material and a method for repairing a harbor steel structure which dispense with excessive repair and can rationally shorten a construction period according to a degree of generation of corrosion, and a repaired steel material and an application propriety determination method of a method for repairing a steel material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for repairing a steel material that is installed in the underwater ground and generates corrosion. A steel plate 3 for repair for blocking the corrosion, whose length in a circumferential direction when being brought into contact with a steel material is set at three times or more and five times or less as long as a maximum diameter of a hole 5 of the corrosion (when the length five times as long as the maximum diameter does not exceed 300 mm, the length is set at 300 mm or less), is welded to a steel material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】過大な補修を必要とせず、孔食の発生度合に応じた合理的で、工事期間を短縮可能な鋼材の補修方法、港湾鋼構造物の補修方法を提供することを目的としている。また、補修された鋼材、さらには鋼材の補修方法の適用可否判定方法を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】本発明に係る鋼材の補修方法は、水中地盤に打設され、孔食が生じた鋼材の補修方法であって、前記孔食を塞ぐ補修用鋼板3であって、鋼材に当接させたときの周方向の長さが、孔食の孔5の最大径の3倍以上5倍以下(ただし、前記5倍の長さが300mmを超えない場合には300mm以下)に設定されたものを、鋼材に溶接することを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
