The folding panel has cutouts 21a and 24a provided on at least one corner part of the frame body and continued by engagement of the adjacent plates 21 and 24, and hinge parts H21-H23 provided on the other three corner parts of the frame body and connecting the adjacent plates 21-24 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
