To avoid a vehicle behavior due to carelessness of an operator.SOLUTION: A construction machine vehicle is a vehicle mounted with a construction machine. An automatic stop assisting device 60 for the construction machine vehicle has a driver seat peripheral part 50 on which a plurality of driving operating elements to drive the vehicle is disposed, and a work operation part 40 that is disposed away from the driver seat peripheral part 50 and disposed with a plurality of work operating elements for conducting the work using the construction machine. When the automatic stop assisting device presumes that an operator does not exist on the driver seat 9 and determines that a transmission 34 is in a neutral position state at which power transmission between an engine 32 and a driving wheel 6B is disconnected and detects movement of the vehicle, it applies braking to wheels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業員の不注意による車両挙動を回避する。【解決手段】建設機械を装備した車両である建設機械車両であり、車両走行用の複数の運転操作子が配置された運転席周辺部５０と、上記運転席周辺部５０から離れた箇所に配置され、上記建設機械を用いた作業を行うための複数の作業操作子が配置された作業操作部４０と、を備える建設機械車両の自動停止アシスト装置６０であって、上記運転席９に作業員が存在しないと推定し、且つ変速機３４がエンジン３２と駆動輪６Ｂとの間の動力伝達を切断した中立位置状態と判定したときに、車両の移動を検出したら、車輪に制動を付与する。【選択図】 図２
