TIP INJECTION DEVICE USED IN HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION-AGITATION METHOD
To provide a tip injection device capable of constructing an improved body with high strength without lowering a construction efficiency, by providing novel solidification material liquid injection means without enlarging the tip injection device.SOLUTION: A tip injection device includes: first solidification material liquid injection means 10 injecting a solidification material liquid being accompanied with compression air injection; and second solidification material liquid injection means 20 injecting a solidification material liquid without being accompanied with compression air injection. Between them, the first solidification material liquid injection means 10 being accompanied with compression air injection has a role of excavating/agitating a ground and a role of feeding a solidification material into the ground in a construction process similarly to an injection hole which a conventional art comprises. On the other hand, the second solidification material liquid injection means 20 newly added in this invention has a role of feeding the solidification material into the ground in an improved body construction process. Since the added second solidification material liquid injection means 20 does not accompany compression air injection, improvement in quality can be obtained by an injection of the solidification material and re-agitation of the ground after agitation in a conventional injection hole without expecting an excavation function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】先端噴射装置の大型化を招くことなく、新たな固化材液噴射手段を設けることで、施工能率を低下させることなく高強度の改良体造成を可能にする先端噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】先端噴射装置は、圧縮エアの噴射を伴って固化材液を噴射する第1の固化材液噴射手段10と、圧縮エアの噴射を伴うことなく固化材液を噴射する第2の固化材液噴射手段20を有する。このうち、圧縮エアの噴射を伴う「第1の固化材液噴射手段10」は、従来技術が具備する噴射孔と同様に、造成工程において地盤を切削・攪拌する役割を担うとともに、固化材を地盤中に投入する役割を担う。一方、本発明で新たに追加した「第2の固化材液噴射手段20」は、改良体造成工程において固化材を地盤中に投入する役割を担う。追加した「第2の固化材液噴射手段20」は、圧縮エアの噴射を伴わないため、切削能力は期待せずに固化材の注入および従来の噴射孔で攪拌後の地盤の再攪拌により改良品質の向上が望める。【選択図】図1
