To provide an easy-to-manufacture sash roller device capable of improving the durability of the sash roller by reducing opening/closing force of the sash roller of the sash roller device.SOLUTION: A disclosed sash roller device includes: a sash roller case configured to be installed in a lower frame of a sash frame; an axle that is provided inside the sash roller case extending in the depth direction orthogonal to the direction in which the rail part formed in the lower frame housing the sash extends; and a sash roller body configured to be rotatable on the axle being fitted to the rail part and is formed of a single member. An inclined surface, which gets closer to the center of the depth direction as it approaches the axle in the radial direction, is formed on one side or both sides in the depth direction of the sash roller body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】戸車装置の戸車の開閉力を小さくし、且つ戸車の耐久性を高める。簡易に製造可能な戸車装置を提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る戸車装置は、障子の框体の下框に設置可能に構成された戸車ケースと、前記戸車ケースの内部に設けられ、前記障子が収められた枠体の下枠に形成されたレール部が延びる方向と直交する見込み方向に延びる車軸と、前記レール部に嵌りつつ前記車軸を中心に回転可能に構成され、単一の部材で形成された戸車本体と、を備える。前記戸車本体の前記見込み方向の片面又は両面に、径方向で前記車軸に近づくに従って前記見込み方向の中央に移動する傾斜面が設けられている。【選択図】図３
