SASH ROLLER
To provide a sash roller formed by press-fitting a bearing to an inner peripheral surface of a wheel made of a synthetic resin, capable of reducing variation in fitting force, and facilitating dimensional control of the inner peripheral surface of the wheel even when a material having a high tensile elastic modulus and resistance to deformation is adopted as a synthetic resin material forming the wheel.SOLUTION: A sash roller 1, which is attached to a lower rail of a sash for opening/closing an opening, includes a synthetic resin-made wheel 2, an axle 3, and a bearing 4 fitted between an inner peripheral surface 2A of the wheel 2 and an outer peripheral surface 3A of the axle 3. An inward flange 5 protruding radially inward RI is provided on a first end 2A of the inner peripheral surface J1 of the wheel 2 in the axial direction J. The inner peripheral surface 2A of the wheel 2 has a plurality of recesses A extending in the axial direction J and connected from an inner surface 5A of the inward flange 5 in the axial direction J to a second end J2 of the wheel 2 in the axial direction J.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】合成樹脂製の車輪の内周面に対して軸受を圧入してなる戸車において、嵌合力のばらつきを小さくすることができ、車輪を形成する合成樹脂材料として引張弾性率が高く変形しにくいものを採用しても、車輪の内周面の寸法管理が容易になる戸車を提供する。【解決手段】開口部を開閉する障子の下框に取り付けて使用する戸車1である。合成樹脂製の車輪2と、車軸3と、車輪2の内周面2Aと車軸3の外周面3Aとの間に嵌合する軸受4とを含む。車輪2の内周面2Aの軸方向Jの第1端部J1に、径方向内方RIへ突出する内向きフランジ5を有する。車輪2の内周面2Aには、内向きフランジ5の軸方向Jの内面5Aから車輪2の軸方向Jの第2端部J2へ繋がる、軸方向Jへ延びる複数の凹部Aがある。【選択図】図1
