To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic sheet having a ceramic coating on its surface.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a ceramic sheet having a ceramic coating on its surface is manufactured by coating a surface of a ceramic green sheet to be a base layer with a ceramic paste to be a coating layer, followed by firing the ceramic green sheet and the ceramic paste simultaneously. Especially, the present invention employs a combination of the ceramic green sheet and the ceramic paste which form a surface of the coating layer more dense than the base layer after firing, or a combination of the ceramic green sheet and the ceramic paste forming a surface of the base layer more dense than the coating layer after firing.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】表面にセラミックコーティングを施したセラミックスシートを製造すること。【解決手段】本発明では、基層となるセラミックグリーンシートの表面にコーティング層となるセラミックペーストをコーティングした後に、セラミックグリーンシートとセラミックペーストとを同時に焼成して、表面にセラミックコーティングを施したセラミックスシートを製造することにした。特に、本発明では、焼成後に基層よりもコーティング層の方が表面が緻密になるセラミックグリーンシートとセラミックペーストの組合せや、焼成後にコーティング層よりも基層の方が表面が緻密になるセラミックグリーンシートとセラミックペーストの組合せを用いることにした。【選択図】なし
