AUTOMATIC TENSIONING SYSTEM OF PC STEEL MATERIAL, AND AUTOMATIC TENSIONING METHOD OF PC STEEL MATERIAL
To apply a compressive force to a concrete member uniformly on the left and the right as much as possible, by reducing tension difference between the left and the right, when tensioning a PC steel material by pulling the left and the right.SOLUTION: An automatic tensioning system, when repeating supplying oil to a jack 100 using a pump to make it (2) a tension mode, switching the jack 100 to (1) a neutral mode after an oil pressure reaches a set oil pressure, and holding a stroke of the jack 100, while sequentially heightening the set oil pressure; elongation amounts at both ends of a PC steel material 300 in (1) the neutral mode are detected, and difference between the left and the right of the elongation amount is detected. When making the set oil pressure reach a sequentially heightened next set oil pressure, based on the detected difference between the left and the right, embodiments in the left and the right in which the jacks 100 disposed symmetrically in the horizontal direction of the PC steel material 300 are switched from (1) the neutral mode to (2) the tension mode are made to different from one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】PC鋼材を両引きして緊張する際に左右の緊張差を低減させて圧縮力を可能な限り左右均等にコンクリート部材に付与する。【解決手段】自動緊張システムは、ポンプによりジャッキ100へオイルを供給して(2)緊張モードとして、油圧が設定油圧に到達するとジャッキ100を(1)中立モードへ切り替えてジャッキ100のストロークを保持することを、この設定油圧を順次高めて繰り返す際に、(1)中立モードにおけるPC鋼材300の両端における伸び量を検出して、この伸び量の左右差を検出して、設定油圧を順に高めた次の設定油圧に到達させる際に、検出された左右差に基づいて、PC鋼材300の左右方向に対称に配置されたジャッキ100を(1)中立モードから(2)緊張モードへ切り替える態様を左右で異ならせる。【選択図】図2
