PIPING SUPPORT UNIT
To provide a piping support unit capable of suppressing deflection of primary-side piping and secondary-side piping, and having excellent connectivity to a water meter and the like.SOLUTION: A piping support unit 10 supports primary-side piping 50a disposed at an upstream side of a flow channel, and secondary-side piping 50b disposed at a downstream side with respect to the primary-side piping 50a. The piping support unit 10 has: a base portion 20 supporting the primary-side piping 50a and the secondary-side piping 50b; a piping support portion 30 supporting the primary-side piping 50a and the secondary-side piping 50b in a state of keeping a predetermined interval in an axial direction of the primary-side piping 50a; and restriction portions 40 disposed in clearances respectively formed between the primary-side piping 50a and the secondary-side piping 50b, and the base portion 20. The restriction portions 40 are formed to reach a proximity limit position where the proximity to a base portion 20 side, of the primary-side piping 50a and the secondary-side piping 50b is permitted, with respect to the base portion 20 as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、一次側配管及び二次側配管の撓みを抑制することが可能で、水道メータ等との接続性が良い配管支持ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】配管支持ユニット１０は、流路の上流側に配置される一次側配管５０ａ及び一次側配管５０ａに対して下流側に配される二次側配管５０ｂを支持するものである。配管支持ユニット１０は、一次側配管５０ａ及び二次側配管５０ｂを支持するベース部２０と、一次側配管５０ａ及び二次側配管５０ｂを、一次側配管５０ａの軸線方向に所定の間隔を空けた状態で支持する配管支持部３０と、一次側配管５０ａ及び二次側配管５０ｂと、ベース部２０との間に形成される空隙に配される規制部４０とを有している。規制部４０は、ベース部２０を基準として、一次側配管５０ａ及び二次側配管５０ｂのベース部２０側への近接が許容される近接限界位置に到達するように形成されている。【選択図】図１
