SUPPLY METHOD OF ASPHALT MIXTURE
To provide a supply method of asphalt mixture allowing its storage and transportation without any time constraints.SOLUTION: At least one of a satellite plant 6 and a transportation vehicle 8 of asphalt mixture near a pavement site 5b, 5c is provided with an induction heating device 10a or a microwave heating device 10b as heating means of the asphalt mixture 4' in a block shape, while the asphalt mixture just after production at an asphalt plant 2 is stored in a solidification state through being cooled to an atmospheric temperature after being formed in the block shape. The stored asphalt mixture 4' in the block shape is transported to the pavement site 5b or the satellite plant 6 by the transportation vehicle 8 and is supplied to the pavement site 5b, 5c after being reheated with the induction heating device 10a or the microwave heating device 10b and being returned in a softened state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 時間的な制約なく貯蔵・搬送が可能なアスファルト合材の供給方法を提供する。【解決手段】アスファルトプラント２にて製造した直後のアスファルト合材をブロック状に成型後、常温まで冷まして固化状態で貯蔵しておく一方、舗装現場５ｂ、舗装現場５ｃ近傍のサテライトプラント６、アスファルト合材の搬送車両８のうち、少なくとも何れか一つにはブロック状のアスファルト合材４′の再加熱手段である誘電加熱装置１０ａまたはマイクロ波加熱装置１０ｂを備える。そして、舗装工事の際には、貯蔵しておいた前記ブロック状のアスファルト合材４′を搬送車両８にて舗装現場５ｂまたはサテライトプラント６まで搬送し、前記誘電加熱装置１０ａまたはマイクロ波加熱装置１０ｂにて再加熱して軟化状態に戻してから舗装現場５ｂ、５ｃに供給する。【選択図】 図１
