ASPHALT MIXTURE SUPPLY METHOD
To provide an asphalt mixture supply method which enables supply to a pavement site of a remote area with a comparatively simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: An induction heating apparatus 17 is provided in at least any one of pavement sites 11a and 11b, a satellite site 12 in the vicinity of the pavement sites, and a carrier vehicle 15 of an asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture immediately after having been manufactured in an asphalt plant 10 is stored in a sealing type storage container 1 composed of a conductor such as metal, the storage container 1 is conveyed to the pavement sites 11a and 11b or the satellite site 12 by the carrier vehicle 15, the storage container 1 is inducted and heated by the induction heating apparatus 17 and thereby the asphalt mixture in the storage container 1 is reheated to a predetermined temperature and then is supplied to the pavement sites 11a and 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 比較的シンプルで低廉な構成ながらも遠隔地の舗装現場へも供給可能なアスファルト合材の供給方法を提供する。【解決手段】舗装現場11a、11b、舗装現場近傍のサテライトサイト12、アスファルト合材の搬送車両15のうち、少なくとも何れか一つには誘導加熱装置17を備える。そして、アスファルトプラント10にて製造した直後のアスファルト合材を金属等の導電体からなる密閉式の貯蔵容器1に収容し、この貯蔵容器1を搬送車両15にて前記舗装現場11a、11b、またはサテライトサイト12まで搬送し、前記誘導加熱装置17にて前記貯蔵容器1を誘導加熱することで貯蔵容器1内のアスファルト合材を所定温度に再加熱してから前記舗装現場11a、11bに供給する。【選択図】 図3
