To provide a photovoltaic power generation panel installation base.SOLUTION: An installation base has one or more photovoltaic power generation panel to be installed thereon, the installation base consisting of a bottom face frame arranged at the lowest position, an inclination frame arranged on the bottom face frame so as to be inclined in the same direction, and a transverse frame arranged so as to be perpendicular to the inclination frame. A flat material is mounted on the bottom face frame so as to prevent blowing of wind from the back face of the photovoltaic power generation panel when the photovoltaic power generation panel is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
