To provide a photovoltaic power generation panel installation base that can suppress application of lifting force as much as possible.CONSTITUTION: A plurality of frame members 13 with bottom rails 15 to be fixed to an installation surface, diagonal rails 16 to be installed in a downward sloping manner toward the front with respect to the bottom rails, and connecting metal fittings 20 to connect each of these rails is arranged on right and left sides, and the frame members on right and left sides are connected by a bar-shaped cross material 14. Side panel members 22 are attached to the outside of the frame members located at the right and left ends of the plurality of frame members, front panel members 21 are attached to the front side of the plurality of frame members, and rear panel members 23 are attached to the rear side of the plurality of frame members. Photovoltaic power generation panels 11 are installed between the diagonal rails of the adjacent frame members.
