To provide a heat shielding structure that can extend the life of a heating element by preventing the inside of a heating element such as a furnace from becoming too hot, and a method of constructing the heat shielding structure that can be easily applied to an existing heating element.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a heat shielding sheet that is arranged so that a space is formed between the same and a heating element. The heat shielding sheet is characterized in that a metal foil, a resin film, and a glass fiber fabric are laminated. The heat shielding sheet is characterized in that the metal foil, the resin film, the glass fiber fabric, the resin film, and the metal foil are laminated in this order, and the metal foil of the laminated heat shielding sheet is aluminum foil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炉等の発熱体内が高温になりすぎることを防止して発熱体の寿命を延ばすことができる遮熱構造体、および、既存の発熱体に対して容易に施工することができる遮熱構造体の施工方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】発熱体との間に空間が形成されるように配置される遮熱シートを備え、遮熱シートは、金属箔と、樹脂フィルムと、ガラス繊維織物とが積層されていることを特徴とし、また、遮熱シートは、金属箔、樹脂フィルム、ガラス繊維織物、樹脂フィルム、および、金属箔がこの順に積層され、積層された遮熱シートの金属箔が、アルミ箔であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
