To provide a ventilation structure capable of improving an outer appearance when attaching a new outer wall to an existing outer wall, and to provide a construction method of a ventilation structure.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a ventilation structure for a unit building 1 in a new outer wall 105 is attached to an existing outer wall 5. The ventilation structure comprises: an opening portion 150 provided in the new outer wall 105; a bracket 130 attached to the new outer wall 105; and a new decorative material 140 attached via the bracket 130 so as to cover the opening portion 150. The new decorative material 140 is provided so as to have gaps between an upper and lower edge of the new decorative material 140 and the new outer wall 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 新設外壁を既設外壁に取り付けた場合に、外観の見栄えを向上させることができる換気構造及び換気構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 既設外壁５に新設外壁１０５を取り付けたユニット建物１の換気構造である。この換気構造は、新設外壁１０５に設けられた開口部１５０と、新設外壁１０５に取り付けられたブラケット１３０と、開口部１５０を覆うように、ブラケット１３０を介して取り付けられた新設化粧材１４０と、を備え、新設化粧材１４０は、新設化粧材１４０の上縁及び下縁と新設外壁１０５との間に隙間を有して設けられている。【選択図】図３
