MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EXTENDABLE WATER STOPPING STRUCTURE PROVIDED IN GAP BETWEEN BRIDGE GIRDERS
To provide a manufacturing method of an extendable water stopping structure whose manufacturing cost is small and which can provide extendable water stopping structures with low price.SOLUTION: Vertical supports (6a, 6b) are formed from predetermined members, and multiple stud pins (11) are embedded at predetermined positions on side faces thereof. Then multiple rectangular slide plates (13) with a predetermined plate thickness made of rubber or foamed hard resin are prepared. Then, multiple pin holes (14) are opened in an end face on the long side. On the slide plates (13), the stud pins (11) are inserted into the pin holes (14) and the end faces are fixed to the vertical supports (6a, 6b). That is to say, a pair of water stopping structure half bodies (5a, 5b) can be obtained. The pair of water stopping structure half bodies (5a, 5b) are faced to each other, and each of the slide plates (13) is slidably inserted for a predetermined length. 【課題】 製造コストが小さく、伸縮止水構造体を安価に提供することができる、伸縮性止水構造物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】所定の部材から垂直支持部(6a、6b)を形成すると共にその側面に複数本のスタッドピン(11)を所定の配置で埋め込む。次いでゴムまたは発泡硬質樹脂から所定板厚で長方形状のスライド板(13)を複数枚用意する。そして長辺に該当する端面に複数のピン穴(13)を空ける。スライド板(13)は、ピン穴(14)にスタッドピン(11)を挿入させてその端面を垂直支持部(6a、6b)に固着するようにする。すなわち一対の止水構造半体(5a、5b)が得られる。一対の止水構造半体(5a、5b)を向かい合わせ、それぞれのスライド板(13)を所定長さだけスライド自在に挿入する。すなわち止水構造体(1)が得られる。【選択図】 図2
