EXTENDABLE WATER STOPPING STRUCTURE PROVIDED IN JOINT GAP BETWEEN BRIDGE GIRDERS
To provide an extendable water stopping structure provided in joint gaps between bridge girders that can properly accommodate changes in joint gaps and sufficiently prevents rain-water from falling.SOLUTION: An extendable water stopping structure 1 is composed of rectangular first-fourth metal plates 5, 6, 7, 8 and an extendable body 10. The first-fourth metal plates are bent by a mountain fold line parallel to the long side to form vertical plate parts 5a, 6a, ... and horizontal plate parts 5b, 6b, .... While the first and second metal plates 5, 6 have their respective vertical plate parts bonded to one and the other end surfaces of a slab 2, the horizontal plate parts are slidably stacked with predetermined overlapping space so that the horizontal plate parts face each other. The vertical plate parts of the third and fourth metal plates 7, 8, are bonded to the vertical plate parts of the first and second metal plates 7, 8, and the horizontal plate parts are slidably stacked with predetermined overlapping space. An extendable body 10 is provided in an internal space surrounded by the horizontal plate parts of the first and second metal plates, the vertical plate parts of the first and second metal plates, and the horizontal plate parts of the third and fourth metal plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遊間の変化を適切に吸収でき、かつ雨水の落下を十分に防止する橋桁の遊間に設けられる伸縮止水構造体を提供する。【解決手段】伸縮止水構造体1を、長方形状の第1~4の金属板5、6、7、8と、伸縮体10とから構成する。第1~4の金属板は長辺に平行な1本の山折り線により折り曲げて、垂直板部5a、6a、…と水平板部5b、6b、…とを形成する。第1、2の金属板5、6はそれぞれの垂直板部が一方と他方の床版2の端面に接着されるようになっているが、それぞれの水平板部同士が向かい合うようにして所定の重ね代でスライド自在に重ねる。第3、4の金属板7、8は、それぞの垂直板部を第1、2の金属板7、8の垂直板部に接着し、かつそれぞれの水平板部同士を所定の重ね代でスライド自在に重ねる。第1、2の金属板の水平板部と、第1、2の金属板の垂直板部と、第3、4の金属板の水平板部とで囲まれた内部空間に伸縮体10を設ける。【選択図】図1
