To provide a high-strength support structure and a partition panel device using the support structure.SOLUTION: An outer member 11 and an inner member 21 that are a pair of constituent members extending in a vertical direction and forming a substantially U-shaped horizontal cross section are provided. The outer member 11 and the inner member 21 have overlapping portions 31, 32, and the outer member 11 and the inner member 21 are fixed by bent stoppers of the outer member 11 to the inner member 21 in a state of being combined in a rectangular shape in horizontal cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
