To provide a room, a building and a construction method of the room which can shorten a construction period by reducing work in a construction site.SOLUTION: There are provided a room, a building and a construction method of the room. The room 1 is formed of a floor part, a ceiling part and a wall part and is constituted by connecting a plurality of division units 1A, 1B, 1C including square cylindrical portions 2A, 2B, 2C formed of division floor parts 10A, 10B, 10C constituting the floor part, division ceiling parts 11A, 11B, 11C constituting the ceiling part and pairs of division wall parts 12A, 12B, 12C, 13A, 13B, 13C constituting the wall part in the axial direction of the square cylindrical portions 2A, 2B, 2C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
