To provide a room, a building and a construction method of the room which can shorten a construction period by reducing work in a construction site.SOLUTION: A room formed of a floor part, a ceiling part and a wall part comprises: an intermediate division unit 1A having an intermediate division floor part 10A, an intermediate division ceiling part and a pair of intermediate division end wall 13A and a partition wall 15; a first end side division unit 1B having a first end side division floor part 10B, a first end side division ceiling part and a pair of a first end side division end wall 13B and a first end side sidewall 14B and is connected to one side part SP1 of the intermediate division unit 1A to partition and form a first room; and a second end side division unit 1C having a second end side division floor part 10C, a second end side division ceiling part and a pair of a second end side division end wall 13C and a second end side sidewall 14C and is connected to the other side part of the intermediate division unit 1A to partition and form a second room 3.
