To provide a door device and a door mechanism that allow a door body to open in an easier way even under the condition of differential pressure between inside and outside a room.SOLUTION: A door body 12 of a door device 10 includes: a ventilation window 28 that is provided on a door surface on an outdoor side to ventilate inside and outside a room; a handle 36 that is used for an opening operation and a closing operation of the door body 12; a ventilation mechanism 32 that makes the ventilation window 28 open in conjunction with the opening operation of the handle 36 and makes the ventilation window 28 close in conjunction the closing operation of the handle 36; and an urging mechanism 34 that urges the door body 12 in an open direction by pressing a part of a door frame 14 in conjunction with the opening operation of the handle 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室内外の差圧がある状態においてドア本体をより開けやすくするドア装置及びドア機構を提供する。【解決手段】ドア装置１０のドア本体１２は、室外側のドア面に設けられる、室内外を通気するための通気窓２８と、ドア本体１２の開操作及び閉操作に用いられるハンドル３６と、ハンドル３６の開操作と連動して通気窓２８を開状態にし、かつハンドル３６の閉操作と連動して通気窓２８を閉状態にする通気機構３２と、ハンドル３６の開操作と連動してドア枠１４の一部を押圧することで、ドア本体１２を開方向に付勢する付勢機構３４と、を備える。【選択図】図１
