To provide a heavy machine construction management system for guiding a position of a construction part of a heavy machine to a correct ground height.SOLUTION: A position guidance and construction management system 1 of a construction machine includes: a GNSS receiver 12 which is mounted on the construction machine and receives a GNSS signal transmitted by a GNSS satellite 40; a calculation unit 15a for calculating a height of a lower end of an agitation blade of the construction machine on the basis of measurement data of the GNSS receiver 12; a design position coordinate DB14a for previously storing a ground height of a point to be constructed of the construction machine; a guidance information generation unit 14b for generating guidance information for guiding the construction machine so that the height of the lower end of the agitation blade approximately coincides with the ground height; and a display unit 16 for displaying the height guidance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
