HEAVY MACHINE POSITION GUIDANCE-CUM-CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
To provide a heavy machine position guidance-cum-construction management system for smoothly grasping progress of heavy machine position guidance and a construction state.SOLUTION: A position guidance-cum-construction management system 1 comprises: a GNSS receiver 12 attached to a construction machine to receive a signal transmitted by a GNSS satellite 40; an operation unit 15a for calculating current position coordinates of the construction machine on the basis of data measured by the receiver 12; a design position coordinate DB 14a in which design position coordinates, which are construction scheduled spots for the construction machine, are stored previously; a guidance information generation unit 15b for generating guidance information for guiding so that the current position coordinates agree with the design position coordinates; a sensor 13 capable of acquiring construction information at the time of the construction machine performing construction; a display screen generation unit 15c that generates a position guidance screen displaying respective position coordinates and displays, on the position guidance screen, a construction state on the basis of construction information on the construction machine; a display unit 16 which is provided at the construction machine and on which the position guidance screen and the guidance information are displayed; and display units 21, 31 on which a display screen including a construction state of the construction machine is displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重機の位置誘導の進捗や施工状態をスムーズに把握する重機の位置誘導兼施工管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】位置誘導兼施工管理システム1は、施工機に取付けられ、GNSS衛星40が送信する信号を受信するGNSS受信機12と、受信機12の測定データに基づいて、施工機の現在位置座標を算出する演算部15aと、施工機の施工予定地点である設計位置座標が予め記憶された設計位置座標DB14aと、現在位置座標が設計位置座標に一致するように誘導する誘導情報を生成する誘導情報生成部15bと、施工機が施工する際の施工情報を取得可能なセンサ13と、各位置座標を表示する位置誘導画面を生成し、位置誘導画面上に施工機の施工情報に基づいた施工状態を表示する表示画面生成部15cと、施工機に設けられ、位置誘導画面及び誘導情報が表示される表示部16と、施工機の施工状態を含む表示画面が表示される表示部21、31と、を備える。【選択図】図1
