To keep a washing toilet seat device clean by easily cleaning an opening/closing shutter.SOLUTION: A washing toilet seat device comprises: a private part washing nozzle that is configured to move back and forth through an opening in a device body and discharges washing water toward a private part of a user; a plate-shaped shutter that opens and closes the opening by rotating around a pivot point on a rotating shaft; and a shutter washer that has at least a discharge port provided in a position that is opposite to a back surface of the shutter in the closed state and capable of discharging the washing water onto a surface of the shutter in the open state, and discharges the washing water from the discharge port toward the shutter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
