To provide a transparent fireproof joint that prevents a hole from appearing in a gate mark provided at the side of the body of the joint during heating.SOLUTION: A transparent fireproof joint 1 has a tubular body 10 having a channel inside it, and sockets 12 integrally formed with two or more openings 12b of the body 10, respectively. The side of the body 10 is provided with a gate reinforcement 15, and an area including the gate reinforcement part 15 is thicker than the remainder of the body 10 and contains a resin composition containing a polyvinyl chloride resin and an endothermic agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
