To provide an eccentric increaser capable of slowing down a flow rate in a drain pipe.SOLUTION: An eccentric increaser 40 includes: a first straight pipe part 41 positioned on an upstream side in a piping structure, and extending in the horizontal direction; an enlarged diameter part 43 which is connected to a first end part (downstream side end part) 42 of the first straight pipe part 41, and in which a diameter increases in such a manner that an upper end 51 extends along a central axis 50 of the first straight pipe part 41 from an upper end 54 of the first straight pipe part 41, and a lower end 56 goes down as it is separated from the first straight pipe part 41 along the central axis 50; a second straight pipe part 47 in which a first end part 64(upstream side end part) is connected to an end part 44 on the side of the enlarged diameter part 43 where the inner diameter is larger, which is larger in diameter than the first straight pipe part 41, and which is positioned on the downstream side in the piping structure; and a display part for displaying the orientation of the enlarged diameter part 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
